An always up-to-date operating model

Tevind Studio

Deploy in days. Govern from a model that stays current.

Your process map becomes working software within a sprint—and remains the core you automate, innovate and grow from.

Free initial call. We normally respond within one business day.

Shift to a living operating model—current as work happens.

A living model is how you run and evolve the business. Facts, status and actions update in that model—so administration is not rebuilt as an afterthought.

Capture in the model

Documentation is an output of work in the model—not a separate compilation step.

Oversight stays current

Completeness and status are readable while work is underway.

Review instead of chase

Role-aware surfaces keep progress visible—managers stop hunting for updates.

The model stays in step

When priorities, roles or rules shift, the model and its surfaces update together—so people stay in the system.

Deploy a living model—not a digital afterthought.

From the first sprint to a living operating model

A sprint gets you running. The same visible process and improvement channel keep the system evolving with the business.

Working system

  1. 1

    Map the process

Start from how work should run. Guided mapping, workshops and resources are available.

  2. 2

    Expert review

Tevind checks feasibility, bounds the release, and clarifies the specification before mutual acceptance.

  3. 3

    Build in the Forge

Controlled generators, review, and automated plus manual tests turn the map into a robust custom system—typically in days after approved scope, not months.

  4. 4

    Deploy and improve

The visual representation and built-in request path stay live, so you can improve and redeploy as operations change.

The same model, for management and deployed software

From the map you edit, to the interfaces used in the field—retain long-term system understanding and stay flexible.

Mobile form for a new time entry with planned tasks

Mobile entries

Field staff capture work and facts on the fly.

Frappe task list with status and completion descriptions

Registers for all records

Search and review the records and status in structured lists. Connect API or AI to any records you want.

Kanban board of tasks across planned, ongoing and completed columns

Visualize data

Kanban boards, graphs and more—choose how you interact with data through customized pages.

Model your ideal procedures and deploy your custom system.

Example

How project work runs in the system

Exact contractual requirements, standards and permissions must be scoped with the customer.

Project work happens in interfaces shaped for each role—on site and at the desk—so deviations and daily reports are entered where the work happens. Automations handle every repeatable step in the process. Reports and invoicing support are outputs of that work, not something compiled afterward.

  • Role-based views (phone + desk)
  • Work done in the system
  • Automate repeatable process steps
  • External data (API / MCP)
  • Deviations & daily reports
  • Roles and permissions

Role-specific surfaces

Project manager

A desk view for follow-up: see what is complete, what is missing, and what needs attention—while the project is still running, not when invoicing starts.

Employee / subcontractor

A work interface built for their role—only the steps, fields and checks their job requires—on phone or tablet where the work happens.

Client / reviewer

A reviewer portal with searchable records and clear overviews—optional AI-assisted summaries when enabled—reflecting the latest registered work, not a file chase.

When a requirement is added

  1. A project manager needs photos on selected deviation types.
  2. Tevind (or the PM) updates the process map and adjusts the forms people use.
  3. The changes are quickly developed. Dependencies and risks are easily evaluated and tested as the system description stays fresh.
  4. The PM approves the change against the updated map.
  5. The new version is deployed and the map describing the system stays up-to-date for future changes.

Business outcomes that matter in daily operations

Tevind Studio turns how you want to operate into software you can govern: capture stays complete, oversight stays current, and change stays in the model.

Living capture

Work produces the record

Required facts land where the work happens, not in a follow-up compilation.

Because the process map defines the surfaces people use, completeness is built in—not bolted on later.

Shared oversight

Status without the chase

Managers and partners see completeness and progress from the same trail.

Because linked surfaces and structured data replace parallel files and inbox follow-ups.

Governed change

Change the model, redeploy the system

When rules or roles shift, you update the map—not a scatter of forms and reports.

Because the visual model stays the source you improve and regenerate from.

Update the operating model—the software stays in step.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Tevind better than alternative solutions?

With our build model, we deliver faster and at lower cost—with long-term maintenance and development built into the plan from the start.

What can be built in a sprint?

A bounded first usable release of operational software for an agreed process—forms, roles, permissions, reporting and agreed automation or integrations within the sprint limits.

Is the sprint timeframe target guaranteed?

No. It is a normal target after approved scope and material. Complexity, missing inputs or expanded requirements can change timing.

Do we need to know exactly how the process should work?

You need a clear operational intent. Tevind helps refine feasibility and scope; a workshop can be included when needed.

Do we need a complete ERP system?

Many customers start with one process, integrate with existing tools, or grow toward a broader operational system over time. However, we can help you implement ERPNext for a full ERP system within the Tevind platform.

Can Tevind integrate with our existing software?

Yes, when integrations are scoped. Typically through API. Integration effort depends on the systems involved and is agreed before the sprint starts.

Who owns the data and code?

The customer keeps its data and receives the generated application source code and repository. Tevind's generators are not transferred.

What happens if we stop the recurring service?

You keep a functioning system subject to taking over hosting and operations. Handover terms are defined in the service agreement.

Does AI access our documents or database?

Not by default for live business data. AI may be used in development under controlled settings; customer records can be withheld.

Where is the system hosted?

Tevind-operated servers are within the EU by OVHCloud. Self-hosting is also possible.

What framework do you use?

We use Frappe Framework, an established open-source framework with MIT license as base.; On top of that we have built a custom framework to fit our needs.

Does Tevind guarantee compliance with a regulation or contract?

No. Specific regulatory or contractual requirements must be explicitly scoped. Tevind does not claim automatic compliance.

What is excluded from the fixed sprint price?

Data migration, ongoing hosting, larger out-of-scope changes, and work beyond the agreed sprint boundaries.

What happens when a project does not fit the sprint scope?

Tevind may decline, propose a different scope, or recommend a phased approach after the qualification call and scope assessment.
